Refund / Return & Exchange Policy

It is the goal of Crazy Tails for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our focus is to answer your questions and resolve customer service requests, problems or concerns quickly and fairly.

If you have any issues and/or questions about your order, please email CrazyTailsUSA@gmail.com and let us know the details. 

  • Please provide as much information as possible so that we fully understand the issue and/or problem.
  • If there is a product defect or damage to the product or its packaging, sending us a picture of the defect/damage is very helpful.
  • Please be sure to include your contact information. Both an email address and a phone number will allow us to more easily contact you.

Please note, any claims for damaged or defective items or an incorrectly fulfilled order must be submitted within 20 days from the date of receipt of the product(s).

 

Returns to replace damaged or defective products:

  • Each request for replacement will be individually evaluated based upon the information provided in your email description of the defect/damage and any additional follow-up requested by Crazy Tails.
  • Please note that studies have shown that not all cats are affected by catnip. That means that it is possible your cat will not respond to the catnip in the product/package; however, they should still enjoy the toy mice. As a result, disinterest in the catnip is not considered a defect.
  • Any requests for a replacement must be for the same product(s) requiring replacement.
  • Any claims for damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 20 days of receipt of the product(s).
  • There are no refunds given for any reason. We will address your issue via exchange(s) or replacement(s), if we determine it is needed.  
  • Shipping costs associated with the return/replacement damaged or defective products will be paid by Crazy Tails.
  • Items sold as “close-out” or specifically identified as “No Return” items can not be exchanged or returned.  

Returns for fulfillment errors (that is, wrong items in the order):

  • Any requests for a replacement due to a fulfillment error must be for the same product as was originally ordered.
  • Any claims for incorrectly fulfilled orders must be submitted within 20 days of the receipt of the product. 
  • There are no refunds given for any reason. We will address your issue via exchange(s) or replacement(s), if we determine it is needed.  
  • Shipping costs associated with the return/replacement of incorrectly fulfilled orders will be borne by Crazy Tails.
